As a lifelong yoga enthusiast, I have practiced in gyms, studios, and online settings, continually deepening my understanding and appreciation of yoga. Upon retiring from a fulfilling career in education, I transitioned from being a dedicated yoga student to embracing the role of a teacher.
My mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals can feel comfortable and confident exploring yoga. Through my teaching, I aim to empower others to develop skills that enhance their health span—ensuring not just a long life but one filled with strength, mobility, and vitality.
